At Avicenna Pharma, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, our cancellation and return policy follows strict quality and regulatory guidelines in Pakistan.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment, whichever comes first.

If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be issued.

2. Orders After Dispatch

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
You may request a return only if the item qualifies under the conditions below.

3. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

The product is unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
The return request is made within 3 days of delivery
The product was delivered damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Opened or used medicines/supplements
Temperature-sensitive products
Promotional or clearance items
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet, subject to verification.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Order Cancellation by Avicenna Pharma

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

Product unavailability
Payment verification issues
Pricing or technical errors
Regulatory compliance requirements

In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded in full.

6. Regulatory Compliance (Pakistan)

Avicenna Pharma operates in accordance with applicable Pakistani e-commerce and healthcare regulations. Due to health and safety standards applicable to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products, strict return limitations apply to protect product integrity and consumer safety.
