Refund policy

You may initiate a return within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed condition. Please note the following specific restrictions:

No Refunds: We do not offer cash or direct-to-card refunds. All approved returns will be processed as store credit or via an electronic transfer to your designated online account, at the company's sole discretion.

Opened Products: For hygiene and safety reasons related to consumable supplements, any package that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with is strictly ineligible for return or exchange.

Online Reversal: Once your return is inspected and approved, the corresponding amount (minus any shipping fees) will be sent back to you via online transfer to the original payment method or an authorized digital wallet(jazzcash/easypaisa or similliar ).

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
